He was filtering and the Audi decided that one flash of the indicator and a dive for a gap is ok..

He bounced off her into a BMW, so the whole motorway stopped.. she couldnt go very far.

Thats the worry. He's been hit, but was filtering and then hit another car on the motorway. He'll get charged for the clear up, taken to hospital etc etc.

Just depends on who's handling it and how it looks.

Hope he comes out of it OK with Mr Plod. Insurance will sort out the rest of it.

I got punted once whist filtering ( tho' the traffic was stationary and on an A road not motorway )and the rozzers sided with me as they said it's perfectly legal and even now in the highway code so hopefully on that bit Cam will be ok...
