i used red led's i thought it would be better and brighter ..



the led's in this link have 24 take a look back at the photo of me holding 1 you will see how good and small they are

as these have 6 round the base so they reflect sidewards too

Why don't you cannabalise the wiring to the lights and use the block connector from the main loom plus the original wiring block connector?

Would make it easier to change back quickly if anything fails?

Got me LED lamps - EBay'd 'em on Saturday and they arrived today.

Half an hour in the garage tomorrow I reckons :)

yes the 24's they look better i think and are a lot brighter
i got another mod done today with shrink sleveing

you shouldn't get any problems because all you have done is improved the safety of your bike
ie added a stop tail light people will see you hit your brakes now

i'd be suprised if most MOT test centres would even notice the difference. i think you'd have to know RFs well to realise it's not standard.
