Well,
its sunday afternoon and i finally sorted my wayward front end, the solution was pretty much every thing that could go wrong, jammed brake piston on the left side causing the disk to bind and pull left, head bearings too tight, and the front tamper head race bearings worn out, i ordered a new set from WEMOTO, for £30 and was very surprised that they are the same as a yammyhaha's, the cage on the standard bearing are plastic and do have a lot of play in them, the new ones have metal cages and have no play in them, they have been a complete pig to fit but now they are on, they have made the front end feel more solid and all the problems seem to have gone,

here's hoping that all is well

cheers for the advice
